The Heisenberg gate system we purchased is qualitatively unsurpassed, functionality and value are TOP ,the facing of the gate columns in fence field optics are the eye-catcher par excellence. The delivery time was much shorter than stated on the website. The very short response times by the team of Super-Zaun are unbeatable, I have not experienced so, also TOP . Friendliness , competence and perseverance even after several changes in the drawing are unbeatable , here my special thanks to Mr. Gerdenitsch. With a follow-up order (only a gate bolt, 4 months after delivery of the gate system) everything went just as perfectly as with the main project. So all in all, a big thank you to the team at Superzaun, 100% recommendation, so spending money is fun.
My next project goes again to Super-Zaun.

I was looking for a beautiful and functional replacement for our ailing WPC garden gate at the entrance to the front garden. After I had found "regionally" nothing really convincing, I came across the provider Super fence during an extensive Internet search. The first pictures appealed to me very much from the modern design - moreover, I found it interesting that the fences were named after famous physicists.

I then decided on the "Magnus" model. During planning, the very good measurement and installation instructions were extremely helpful. Questions beyond that were answered quickly and competently both by phone and by e-mail - my confidence in buying fences via the Internet increased.

The ordering process was then quite simple and well structured. Before the final order, I was sent a precise measurement sketch; final questions were also answered exhaustively.

The delivery time was even about two weeks shorter than originally stated. Just in time before the delivery I received a message with the request for confirmation of the delivery date. This was very precisely adhered to by the shipping company. I was also pleasantly surprised at how carefully and securely the individual components were packed. The joy remained even after unpacking: The workmanship was impeccable; all the necessary parts and very well illustrated assembly instructions were present.

The assembly also went smoothly thanks to Ruck-Zuck-Beton. However, some thought, patience (do not load the concrete too early) and, above all, help in marking the holes and assembling the parts were very important.

I am completely thrilled with the result: a very beautiful, stable and also not everyday fence - even the neighbors have so far made only positive comments.

All in all, I can only warmly recommend Super-Zaun - no cheap products, but definitely worth the price!

Personally, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the material at the beginning.
However, one must clearly say that the price difference to other suppliers must come from somewhere. Now that the fence is ready I'm still satisfied as he looks visually.

Best of all, the telephone advice has worked and the technical staff could really help a further! This is not always self-understanding on Internet sites.

Super products. Even I, without too much expertise, have managed with a 2 person everything. Two should be in any case. Important to have the right tools and to follow the assembly instructions. Who adheres to it, it will get done. And in case of doubt, you can get help by phone.

The quality of the fence Newton was absolutely satisfactory and better than expected. Delivery date was met. Especially the customer service is to be mentioned as outstanding. The fence installation is also very simple. However, expertise should be present when measuring and configuring.
All in all, I can only recommend the fence Newton, as well as the seller Superzaun.de.

I am very satisfied from start to finish, even if the fence is not yet installed. Quotation and ordering process worked smoothly. The delivery time was much improved. (Approx. 7 weeks instead of the 8-12 weeks) The delivery was also super. About the packaging I was also thrilled, because everything was very well packed and padded against damage.
