Hello, I myself am a coach, personal and fitness trainer, run a small hypnosis practice in Bad Reichenhall and do the fitness / weight training since the age of 16. Experience has shown, even if you know yourself and are from the subject, you lose sight of many things over the many years or is also controlled by media / advertising / You Tube through suggestions. All the more it was important and right for me to also hire a coach myself, so that you can find the right way again, which you had already learned years ago. I found it very pleasant to train and eat according to guidelines, because most of the time I am the one who guides others to reach their goals with hypnosis, but I don't take myself too seriously and it is difficult to apply and implement it permanently. I am a very disciplined person who likes to implement things myself only according to instructions and the "responsibility" lies with someone else. Please do not misunderstand, you still have to implement things yourself exactly as the coach tells you and cannot shift the actual responsibility away from yourself. In the end, I am glad to have gotten to know Uwe and will continue to trust his expertise when the time comes, let myself go and just implement it the way he tells me to, because he has a motto that is also mine: Achieve as much as possible with as little effort and clever training as possible. I am very satisfied with his work overall. What stands out is his commitment and motivation towards me, even when things aren't going so well.
