I had a copyright issue. Everything that was agreed upon at the outset to resolve the problem was adhered to and handled professionally. I received prompt answers to all my questions. I don’t know yet whether the problem is permanently resolved. In any case, negotiations were conducted in my best interest, as previously agreed. For someone like me who isn’t familiar with these matters, the support was a huge help.

Very friendly and straightforward service. Mr. Zieliński helped me reduce the amount demanded in a dpa/KSP cease-and-desist letter to just under one-third. Even though it still stings, I’m truly grateful that we were able to get the amount demanded down that much—which, to be completely honest, I hadn’t expected. Thank you very much!

If you receive a letter from the law firm KSP regarding a copyright infringement by dpa, Mr. Zielinski is a good choice.
The entire process—including consultation, correspondence with the opposing party, and reaching a settlement—was handled with the utmost efficiency and professionalism.
You’re in good hands with him, and you also have a fair chance of defusing the opposing party’s excessive demands.
Because what’s happening today is modern-day piracy.
