Aerobic-/Step Aerobic-Trainer und Workout-Trainer

Die Kurse Aerobic und Step Aerobic im Online-Learning sind nicht schlecht und man lernt einiges, jedoch fehlte mir teilweise wichtiger Inhalt. Der Übungskatalog Step Aerobic war leider sehr schlecht gemacht, auf den Bildern war nur wenig zu erkennen. Der Kurs Workout Trainer war sehr gut.

weiterführende Literatur zu Texten im Anhang (yoga-sutra usw) fehlen. Ein paar Kommentare wären sehr hilfreich! Ohne Nicole, hätte ich da nichts verstanden. Die ppt erscheint ohne roten Faden zu sein

lm Seminarraum gab es wieder keine Tische und dieses Mal auch keinen Beamer. Zum Aufschreiben mussten wir Stühle nutzen, was eine sehr schlechte Haltung und Rückenschmerzen zur Folge hatte.

Die Inhalte haben sich zum Teil gedoppelt, sodass Inhalte mehrfach auf den Folien der Präsentation vorkamen und während des Seminars auch doppelt genannt wurden. Ggf die Folien überarbeiten

Nicole hat selber Wolldecken mitgebracht, die AHAB hat diese nicht gestellt. Das Fitnessstudio war von der Geräuschkulisse zu laut. Zentraler gelegene Location wäre besser gewesen. Nicole war super!

Seminarleiter Kompaktkurs Autogenes Training

Viel Wiederholung vom ersten Kurs, sehr schade. Die Kursleiterin hat das sehr gut aufgefangen und wieder wett gemacht. Ist Oberstufe des AT bei der Ahab möglich? Unterlagen wären als Handout toll.
