Unfortunately, according to the scientific status not tenable and pure money-making.
As long as you don't have a significant deficit, you don't need supplementation.
Moreover, no single mineral, vitamin or disease has so many influences on so many different things.
Correlation is not causality here.

To Prof. Dr. med. Alfred Wolf: Each scientist should critically begin with itself to question whether everything was so correct, which happened in the Pandemie and why e.g. much was not allowed to be questioned result-openly. To disqualify critical people as "lateral thinkers" and even to put them in a row with a mass murderer is inhuman. I am honestly shocked about such a statement, after it has turned out in the meantime which injustice was done to many natural scientists who dared to have a different opinion, because they drew attention e.g. to grievances and missing studies.

The Academy of Human Medicine has given my life a great deal of impetus that I would not have received anywhere else. The knowledge about the benefits of orthomolecular medicine is not known enough by many physicians. This is very unfortunate, because our health care system is part of a disease system rather than part of a movement to encourage responsible people to become healthy. This is where the Academy provides valuable help for self-help.

the contents of the lectures were very well chosen and very well prepared by the speakers. Thank you

I would like to have already in the topic overview the duration in minutes of each lecture and - if possible - the MB or GB amount. I have 30 GB available per month, which I divide very precisely so as not to exceed the volume.
