Dank der individuellen Trainingspläne für mein Niveau macht das Training Spaß, ich kann Erfolge verzeichnen, Meilensteine erreichen und das Ziel ist in Sichtweite. Die Motivation und die positive Art von Alex ist erfrischend und überträgt sich. Ich habe gute Erfahrungen machen dürfen und kann den Coach nur empfehlen.

Alex steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Er fordert einen im Training, aber überfordert nicht. Schon nach kurzer Zeit konnte ich meine Leistung deutlich steigern. Durch die regelmäßigen Webinare erhält man zusätzlich einen sehr guten Mehrwert und kann sich mit anderen Teilnehmern austauschen.
