I was already enthusiastic about the first sensory tour and was able to integrate many exercises into my daily practice. Now, on the second sensory journey, I was able to feel contact with the inside of my brain for the first time in my life. I have chosen daily shaking as my miracle exercise! As a so-called one-breather, the fire breath still remained a challenge, despite my yoga practice. The combination of fire breathing with body movements makes this type of breathing exercise easier for me. I am very grateful for this all-round wonderful journey!
This course inspired me. Day by day I became more aware of how I can activate my I AM in my body, how I can control the processes in my body myself with intention, focus, breathing and movement.
