Freight forwarding seems simple, but it involves enormous complexity. Especially the processing of general cargo is under strong price pressure. We would like to see more resources from AMETRAS, as the expertise is outstanding. It is not always easy to understand the complex process interrelationships, but in the course of our many years of cooperation AMETRAS has taken care not only to understand our specifics but also to pass on and retain this knowledge within the company. This makes AMETRAS a very valuable partner for us, not only in implementation but also in finding solutions.
The processing of all kinds of tickets is absolutely transparent, as we have insight into the work progress at AMETRAS at any time.
We have been working with AMETRAS since 2011 and look forward to further fruitful years of cooperation.
