Annette Nevries macht eine ehrliche und realistische Immobilienbewertung. Andere hatten mir völlig falsche Vorstellungen gemacht, damit ich höre, was ich hören will. Am Ende werden die Objekte aber immer zu marktgerechten Preisen verkauft und den hatte Annette Nevries von Anfang an richtig eingeschätzt. Den Umweg hätte ich mir also sparen können und sie gleich als Makler beauftragen. Die ganze Abwicklung des Verkaufs lief sehr gut. Da ich zum ersten Mal eine Immobilie verkauft habe, war es ein sicheres Gefühl, jemanden mit so viel Kompetenz an der Seite zu haben, weil es ja eine wichtige Entscheidung ist. Anbiente war jeden Cent wert. Ich kann Frau Nevries sehr empfehlen.
