Frau Hohmann hat sich eingehend mit meiner Person und meinen Beschwerden beschäftigt und auf dieser Grundlage einen individuellen Ernährungsplan entwickelt. Ich fand es super, dass man bei ihr keine vorgefertigten Pläne ausgehändigt bekommt, sondern eine ganzeinheitliche Beratung erhält unter Berücksichtigung der körperlichen und psychischen Situation. Frau Hohmann begleitet auch weiter und passt immer wieder die Ernährungsempfehlungen an Veränderungen an und gibt überdies auch tolle Impulse, wie man auch auf anderen Ebenen an seiner Gesundheit arbeiten kann wie z. B. Atemübungen , Sport etc. Kann ich nur empfehlen!!!
