Wow! What a coaching session that was! Simply stunning! I felt invited and picked up and accepted wholeheartedly. Ms. Glück, who started the conversation professionally prepared and on time, definitely addressed critical points. But with this stunning mixture of clear focus and empathy, I was able to accept all impulses well and went immediately after the end of the conversation into the implementation!
