I can absolutely recommend Anna-Sophie. She is a very empathetic person and a really good coach. I immediately felt super comfortable with her and really seen by her. She somehow always asked the right questions and had exactly the right method ready. She gave me exercises suitable for everyday life every time and was always available between sessions. She helped me to release old blockages and to be able to integrate new forces. I feel very liberated and more myself. I think about myself somehow differently and feel much better. I am really fascinated and super grateful!

Anna-Sophie has a very gentle and at the same time powerful way of dissolving blockages to re-establish a flow and bring one back to oneself. She is always mindful, sensitive, compassionate and gentle, penetrating, grasping and creating a being seen of hurt, sadness and pain, letting it be in order to create even deeper conditions for healing. She is human, at eye level and absolutely trusting, so that I could let myself fall into her gentleness, strength and tenderness, knowing that she holds me, accompanies and protects me, so that I may become complete again. The ancestor workshop has shown me personal insights about my family, but especially about me personally, with which I continue to work in detail and discover many blockages and some could already solve. It was like a snowball effect.

I was allowed to work with the wonderful Anna-Sophie twice already. I was allowed to do a coaching session with her. She is such an empathetic person and catches you really well when things get difficult for you. I was also allowed to take part in the workshop on Yule. She gave me a lot of knowledge and led great meditations.
I will gladly continue to work with Anna-Sophie in the future and take advantage of her offers!

The coaching with Anna-Sophie Börries has made a great contribution to being able to see some important topics more clearly and to be able to tackle them full of verve.

Anna-Sophie works holistically, immediately grasps considerations, questions and possible starting points. As part of her Source Place portfolio, she takes a lot of time for her clients and opens up a nurturing, healing space for growth and further development.

She takes into account all affected areas of life and relevant factors, linking current and proven approaches with valuable individual insights of her own. My sessions with Anna-Sophie were characterized by her sound, structured and at the same time incredibly empathetic, highly sympathetic approach.

Anna-Sophie's approach is very warm and she always behaves in a friendly, benevolent, humorous and approachable manner, which is why it is a pleasure to work with her. In addition, application-oriented tips and tools from her wealth of experience were not neglected.

Anna-Sophie totally fascinated me, touched me and took me away with her strong empathy, clarity, compassion and precision in her work. I appreciate her very much for the way she holds the space, communicates and thereby enables opening and visibility. In me, all the appointments have led to important inner movements and insights, which later -also still today- have an impact. Already the topic of the clarification of the ancestral line has appealed to me very much and already touched me in advance. I would not have thought that after several family constellations I would still be touched so deeply emotionally by this work. The depth of the workshop also resulted from the clearly and at the same time gently guided meditations and a calm, slow rhythm of the individual steps, so that there was enough time to feel and listen into oneself. The Astrological Reading has helped me to better understand myself, my idiosyncrasies and traits. A real AHA experience! I felt understood through your words, can now trust my perception better, feel understood in me and confirmed in many respects. I look at myself and my life so far in a milder and friendlier way.
