When I started the RisingStar 2.0 business coaching program with Annett Bergmann, I was skeptical. Very skeptical, in fact. I hesitated before saying "yes." I am an internationally trained medium. My mentor at Arthur Findlay College recognized my potential early on and encouraged me intensively, and many of my colleagues from that time have become visible, grown, and positioned themselves clearly.
And me? I stayed in the background. Not because I couldn't do it, but because I didn't dare and didn't really know how. On top of that, I live in a small town where my husband had a dental practice. Out of consideration—and fear of others' judgment—I kept a low profile for years. I didn't want people to think I was "crazy." So I dimmed my light. I continued to work—individual sessions, workshops—but quietly, irregularly, without clear visibility and without predictable income. It was like a hobby. I watched as others moved forward. And I stood still. So stupid!
But deep down, I always knew that I was doing valuable work by making the invisible visible and touching and empowering people. But I didn't show it. And then Annett came along. I saw an ad for her on social media and felt drawn to it.
What this coaching changed for me was not just structure, technique, or strategy—although I am incredibly grateful for that. I was taken by the hand, step by step. Technical hurdles lost their terror; the modules were clear, repeatable, understandable. Questions were welcome at any time. I felt supported. I was no longer alone!
But the decisive factor was something else. I finally set out on my own and realized what a treasure I actually carry within me. I didn't realize that I could be a shortcut for many women—on their media journey, in sharpening their intuition, in developing their clairvoyant senses. That through my experience, my training, and my practice, I can help others tap into their own power more quickly.
Annett didn't just show me how to become visible. She showed me that I can and may have an impact. Even before my program was completely finished, I gained my first client – simply because I became visible. Because I showed myself. Because I stopped hiding. Today – just a few months later – I have grown from 700 to over 4,000 Facebook contacts. My own group has more than 650 wonderful women. I have several clients, am working on my group program, and am also supported by Annett and her team. But honestly, the numbers aren't the most important thing. The most important thing is that I am in a different place today. I show myself – as a medium, as an entrepreneur, as a woman – and I enjoy being visible so much.
I feel confident, alive, and clear. And since I've really stood up for myself, something amazing has happened: people are reaching out. Platforms are asking to work with me. I'm getting encouragement from everywhere. Suddenly, everything I've always wanted is here.
Annett didn't just show me how the business works. She held the space for me to grow and showed me that I don't have to stay small to be accepted. And if anyone reading this is still holding back—out of fear, consideration, or doubt—then I want to say: Go for it. Now! Your light is not crazy. It is necessary. "Let your light shine bright—so that the other weirdos can find you!" And as I write these lines, another booking comes in. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, dear Annett, to you and your wonderful team! The journey with you continues, and I'm already looking forward to the next live event in Mallorca.
