My life felt heavy and dreary. I was overwhelmed by my situation and completely lost myself in it. A lucky coincidence brought me to Annette. Today I am sure that it wasn't a coincidence, but that it had to be this way. After about six months of working together, I can now say that I am on the right path. I have been given so many tools and mind-sets that I can now draw on. Each session was very individual. Current issues in my life determined the content. I got to know techniques, some of which really blew me away. Tears were shed because I simply felt really safe. Nevertheless, I left each session feeling totally invigorated.
It's a process, that's for sure. And it's always very much up to you to put it into practice and practise. AND I simply feel more confident on the path now because I know that there are techniques and tools that help me to deal with the challenges as a mom, wife, employee, family member and with myself. I follow Annette from Stressfrei-Coaching on Instagram and that's how we got in touch. I was very interested in the topic of "me-time without a guilty conscience". I had internalized various beliefs about why I can't/won't do this now and what still needed to be done.
When we met, Annette was a listener who didn't judge. It was so good to be able to get everything off my chest without being given any well-intentioned advice.
In every lesson, she asked me if there was anything I needed help with today.

I had the great pleasure of completing three months of coaching with Annette Friedrich and I can happily say that it was an extremely enriching experience. Although circumstances forced us to limit ourselves to remote appointments, the atmosphere was always very cordial and pleasant. Annette managed to establish a trusting connection that allowed me to fully engage in the coaching process.

I approached Ms. Friedrich in a very stressful phase of my life.
