My recommendation: NO cooperation with the auction house.
Amusing feedback form. NO, but really NO question is to be blessed with a good rating. SORRY I have to give 1 star, very gladly I would give minus 5 stars.
It is not fun anymore!
Published conditions deleted after the fact, unplannable! Auction descriptions insufficient and even wrong (although here the price was reduced retroactively on my pressure).
In addition, with altogether 10 further inquiries on my part there was no meaningful answer. Neither to the lots, nor to the dates. ALWAYS only " I forward it", "that can tell them only the logistician", "there is only the email address here", "please call the contact person directly, so the one who has made the descriptions / pictures (such a one is basically NOT to reach)", I have equal weekend, I am relaxed" ...etc. Really unbelievable! NONE of my questions or concerns were adequately answered.
All in all, this unbelievable extra effort is not worth a cent of the imposed transport costs!
I have been a customer of this auction house for years and nothing has worked for about 12 months. In the future, it must also no longer!

Hello Team Dechow, no thank you. I don't want to give you any more free time. Dechow does not even manage to answer the email correspondence so far. This is ignored and remains unanswered (for 18 days).
Should you nevertheless wish a consulting service on the subject of "Customer Service/Journey- just do it better", we may certainly charge an appropriate amount for this!

Still no response to my mail or to my calls. Nothing happens in my matter! In addition, I must say, the Mr. W. is times really a continuous " deep breathing employee". You can practically see the eye roll through the phone. To spread so much annoyance on the phone clearly wins the gold medal and the title MdM. here! Project manager and CEO are of course always in the meeting, which also speaks for itself.
Furthermore: Correspondence to the GF is answered by "Team Support". Works for you ;-)
