Mr. Knoll is a very nice and competent salesman. He makes you feel very well advised.

The purchased new vehicle (SUBARU BRZ) was in the showroom when I picked it up, as agreed.
A briefing took place to the required extent, not all questions about the vehicle could be answered by the sales manager.
Unfortunately, the vehicle preparation was not as clean and thorough as desired. The vehicle rims were slightly dirty, there was adhesive residue from the protective film at least on the roof and tailgate (nothing could be found on the hood, presumably also due to the weather/light conditions), there was dirt in the folds and beading on the engine flap suspension and tailgate suspension.
The most annoying thing is a relatively deep scratch in the paintwork on the sill of the driver's door.
