Unfortunately, I can only award three stars for customer service. It is very important to receive friendly, reliable and problem- or solution-oriented advice during the initial contact (call). Unfortunately, I have recently had a few bad experiences in this regard with a trainee who had to record the concerns as a business card of the dealership, so to speak. It was NOT due to professional competence, which a trainee may not have, it was the way of dealing, the way of conducting conversations and lack of reliability.
All the other staff I have met are very friendly, knowledgeable, and we (my car and I 😉) feel very well taken care of. Even when concerns could not be resolved promptly, it was explained well.
