Absolutely top class. Since I started working, I have always had to drop off my vehicle on Fridays and pick it up a week later on a Friday. This is the first time I have been able to pick up my vehicle on the same day, so it is available to me for work the following week. I drive my Honda Jazz to Augsburg for maintenance every year. We live in Dachau. But the service is so good that we make the trip. And we have been doing so for years. We already have our third Honda Jazz from Autohaus Still and can only recommend it. We are also very satisfied with the car.
I decided to buy a Civic Type R because of the friendly and competent advice I received. The transaction including trade-in of my previous car went smoothly and quickly, communication via phone and email was also to my satisfaction.
Mr. Chadykin took a lot of time during consultation and handover and it was noticeable that he knows a lot about the cars he sells. During my own car handover, he took care of a customer's problem even though it was officially already closed. I take this as a good indication of the quality of customer service.

- I had asked for a few (the most obvious) scratches/stone chips to be removed. Of course I would have paid for this work. I was told that this would be done free of charge. Unfortunately, the places I have indicated again not been made. Already last year at the customer service the same.
Handling and customer service this time got only sufficient rating, because I had to wait excessively long for my car, which was at the service. I had a drop off appointment at 07:30 and my car wasn't ready until 10:40. I think that is too long for a customer service appointment. Other than that, I have always been satisfied.
