I had a new leasing contract coming up, which had to be implemented at relatively short notice (I always plan relatively spontaneously). So I went to the dealership and asked and the right offer was immediately available (despite no appointment and at an advanced time). As always, the advice was great, without long waiting times and good treatment. This is now my third leased vehicle and everything has been right the whole time. I am personally very satisfied with the dealership. Keep up the good work!

Friendly and really competent staff in the workshop and at reception. Appointments are made quickly and always kept. Waiting times - if at all - only occur when a customer is being served, but then they are only 2 - 3 minutes. The acceptance and evaluation with the foreman is thorough and without any time pressure!!!
I can recommend the Dresden dealership without reservation!!!

On-site advice from employees is satisfactory and often friendly.
However, if you want to make an appointment by telephone or have an urgent question, you often can't reach anyone on the general telephone number. In this case, it is best to visit in person, which is not really the point of a telephone line.
