The process from initial contact to pickup was very good.
However, the registration service should be waived for customers who live far away like us. With the registration in Stuttgart it is not easy.
The delivery inspection of the vehicle was ok, only the rear air pressure was only 1.9 bar instead of the required 2.5 bar.
There should be more care.
Our sales consultant Mr. Tinik was very friendly and has tried to our complete satisfaction.
Inspection was all ok. Windshield water was filled without asking in advance and charged quite expensive. Error memory was not read out despite prior notification that there was an error, only at pickup when explicitly asked about the error.
Very good advice and friendly service, which also takes time for individual questions.
However, I do not understand how the regular 2-year service without repairs can cost over 800€ for a 2-year-old small car.
There was the inspection with TÜV, so far everything is fine, had a marten damage, where the Mr. G... wanted to send an e-mail with a picture and a short description, so that I can act insurance-related, unfortunately, even after 2 calls, received by Mr. R still nothing happened, otherwise I was very satisfied with the advice and service
The indicated repairs have probably been carried out. Must first drive long distance so I can judge it quite accurately. Customer service 3 points because of info. On Tuesday my vehicle should be ready, if not I would be informed. On Wednesday I called and then there was a recall that it may take longer, because there was probably a recall action of Ford, about which I was also not informed. There must still work on it, but otherwise I'm satisfied at the moment. Sorry for no punch numbers, but I give very rarely full points with it does not let you as always. Further on a good cooperation.
The friendly treatment of the clientele is to be mentioned especially when it comes to delays it is important to explain them to the clientele unfortunately this is not a matter of course in all companies.

This applies especially to the team in Landsberg because even a long way is worthwhile.
Everything went absolutely great anytime again.
Small suggestion, a new car handover could be given by a bow on the vehicle, a bouquet of flowers or a bottle of champagne a more festive setting.
But otherwise everything to the fullest satisfaction
I can only recommend Automobilforum in Landsberg as well as in Kaufbeuern. Very competent and friendly staff. The next car will probably be a Ford again and purchased at Automobilforum. Keep up the good work!!!
