Parking situation catastrophic
Automobilforum Kropf drew my attention to my early appointment request for a customer service and at the same time pointed out the TÜV appointment that was due. Vehicle drop-off and pick-up also worked out perfectly, despite inconvenient times.
I bought my Kuga at the dealership and was here for the first time for service. From order taking and order processing, everything worked wonderfully. Everything was done very friendly and quickly.
I was in the workshop of Autohaus Kropf for the first time. I had a problem and they helped me professionally and repaired it within 2 days. I am very satisfied and will switch to the workshop in the future.
Mr. Kastl is an excellent service consultant.

Unfortunately, I was not informed that the tickets for the public Verkersmittel are proportionately chargeable. One-way tickets for there and back would have been enough. most expensive day trips are usually superfluous.
Delay in the completion of the customer service by one day despite a firm promise of an appointment! With a journey of about 150 km I would have expected a timely information! A time expenditure of 2 days and a trip of 600 km only for customer service seems to me as an imposition, especially since this could have been solved better and more satisfactory on the part of the company Kropf. Very disappointing!
