I bought the car there and paid cash and was also the year before there for inspection, so I asked for issuance of an invoice and I could then pick up the car with a spare key, they also refused and said they do not do that at all, I do not know that such a thing is not done! In the course of the conversation, the employee then pointed out to me, without any context, that it is punishable if I simply pick up the car with a spare key, there was no mention of this at all and I find that this is a very disrespectful insinuation! Once my warranty has expired wass that with this dealership!
