The handling of a claim for our leased vehicle that was not our fault was pretty quick and straightforward. We have within a week an appointment for the TÜV appraisal. The datallietre protocol was about 5 days later with us and in parallel all necessary steps for the repair were prepared by the staff of Automobil Forum. Mrs. Fehimli looked after us in a friendly and competent way during the whole process and tried to fulfill all our wishes regarding repair date and replacement vehicle. The vehicle was in the workshop for 2 weeks and we received it repaired about 6 weeks after the accident, in time for our planned summer vacation! The claims management service saved us a lot of time and nerves. We are totally satisfied with the experience we have had so far at Automobil Forum in Reutlingen. Thank you very much!
My consulting salesman, Mr. Erhardt, competently and with a lot of verve sold the car I wanted, a used Corsa with few kilometers, to me and was also helpful (hands-free set-up). He was very friendly and courteous. The rest of the staff was also extremely accommodating with coffee services during my short wait.
