We can only warmly recommend Baufi Köln/Bonn, in particular Mr. Müller!

At the time, we ourselves had received a recommendation to turn to Mr. Eduard Müller with our purchase project and the associated financing - it was the best decision!

Before we were with some free advisers and banks, however, one can compare this in no regard with the authority of Mr. Mueller! We were comprehensively advised, could contact him with any request at any time and our wishes were always taken into account. Mr. Müller has shown us every way of financing and has always taken the time in several appointments to put the right financing for us on the legs.

We had been looking (since spring 2020) as a couple, with residence in Bonn, a used single-family house in the Eifel.

I was pleased that the real estate purchase could be handled quickly with the help of Mr. Müller's advice, which began about 6 months before purchase. Thus, no time was lost in the loan application, and the notarization could already take place one month after the first inspection of the desired property. Thanks to the early consultation, even during the active property search, the credit line was known. This meant that we were always able to make a good estimate of which properties came into question and what budget was still available for modernization measures in addition to the purchase price.
