Right away, no we have not concluded with Baufimanufaktur.
Immediately after contacting us, the consultation took place very promptly. Due to the current situation, we (Mr. Pfister, my wife and I) decided to make a video call. This was very easy, uncomplicated and professionally conducted.
Despite the "not directly personal" form of communication, Mr. Pfister immediately found a trusting relationship. From the first moment we noticed that not the "business" but "our own concern" will be in the foreground.
The proposals that were made were comprehensible, Mr. Pfister also explained the essential aspects and then referred to the promising offers.
Why did we not come to a conclusion?
Without knowing it, we already had a top offer from our house bank!
Mr. Pfister pointed this out to us and he didn't beat around the bush and didn't try to pull anything negative out of it or to talk the present offer down. He examined the offer and showed also understanding if we decided for the house bank.
Nevertheless, and we have to give him credit for this, he did further research and found solutions and offers that would have achieved a better result.
The very next morning, the first new offers from Mr. Pfister landed in my email inbox. Which showed us: "The man likes to do his job and hangs in there for his customers."
In the end, the not quite everyday framework conditions and then the following of our own house bank were decisive for us to decide on this path.
But even after this decision in favor of the house bank, Mr. Pfister still gave us closing recommendations, and that is certainly not a matter of course.
All in all, we would recommend Mr. Pfister with the best conscience and are extremely grateful. Thanks to him, we are now sure to have done the right thing and the feeling is actually priceless.
