I can only comment on my/our experience with one of the consultants. He was quite friendly when we started the conversations but then he suddenly got very pushy about certain alternatives, which of course made us doubt about his intentions (probably he was just pushing the option where he got the highest commission). It got to a point where he was harassing me by phone and even sending weird texts via SMS. I definitely didn't trust his behaviour so I decide to go with a different option. After communicating my decision to him, he replied back with an incredibly unprofessional email saying how we were losing the best option and quoted himself (Quite funny if it wasn't so unprofessional).
In spite my experience is based on only one of the consultants, I really wonder about the incentives that the company gives to their employees and would definitely not quote with them again.

Ich habe bei immoscout24 ein Angebot für eine Baufinanzierung angefordert. Meine Anfrage wurde an baufimmo weitergeleitet. Herr Peker machte ein sehr interessantes Angebot für den Wohnungsbaukredit. Besonders die Idee, die monatliche Rate für 36 Jahre festzulegen, war sehr gut. Seine Diskussionen waren klar und hilfreich.
