After moving house, I wanted to take the opportunity to establish new functional fitness habits, as my old routines would no longer have worked due to various changes. At the same time, I wanted to have someone look over my exercise routine anyway, as I had been training the way I thought was right for the last few years. So I thought I would treat myself to a personal trainer. I came across Jonas because he was the closest. And I have never regretted it.
The process was individually tailored to my goals and wishes. The price was fair. My goals of establishing functional habits and achieving good exercise performance were fully met. What's more, Jonas' holistic approach enabled me to optimize in other areas that I hadn't really had on my radar; I had some misconceptions about nutrition in particular, despite the fact that I had already dealt with it intensively - after we worked on it, I'm actually much more relaxed about it (which definitely gives me a bonus in terms of quality of life) and have better training success despite (or because of) this. In summary, I can say with a clear conscience that the results of the coaching exceeded my expectations.
Apart from that, Jonas is simply a great guy. The training sessions were great fun. Especially during the stressful time after the move, the joint training sessions were the highlights of my week. We worked intensively and productively and it was just great fun (except for the planks ;) ).
Of course, you have to realize beforehand that in order to see success, you have to be prepared to train intensively, question old habits and beliefs and invest time and effort. If you agree with this and have the goal of getting fitter in some way, I can recommend Jonas as a coach without reservation.
