I was totally confident he would fix my issue and he did with very little fuss but clearly a very experienced highly trained operator- I would recommend your team to anyone based on what I experienced- well done to him in representing your company

Initial contact with Grace by both email and phome were excellent. Grace was courteous, professional and pleasant throughout. The engineer that visited (very promptly) was efficient.

Poor
Really poor quality, the thumb slider for on/off keeps breaking and now I've had to pay £50 for a new switch. the machine is out of warranty, however Beam know this was an ongoing issue and also produced a new on/off switch.
I've previously had a Cyclovac system for over 25 years with zero problems. Beam try to market themselves as leaders, however the quality isn't.

It's very simple and easy to use. It does a fantastic job in hovering up the dust or any dirt. It is extracted automatically to a drum where it can be easily disposed. The suction outlets are all placed ideally and conveniently around the house making it a simple job, no pulling hovers around the house and if a particular area only needs cleaned there is a point and hassle-free cleaning.
If I ever moved, I would have to have a Beam system installed it's so good.
