The service from the team in the office, and the service engineer, could not have been bettered. They were efficient and knowledgeable and resolved the problems promptly. They went the extra mile and spotted an error that I had made, saving me money in the process.

Poor
Really poor quality, the thumb slider for on/off keeps breaking and now I've had to pay £50 for a new switch. the machine is out of warranty, however Beam know this was an ongoing issue and also produced a new on/off switch.
I've previously had a Cyclovac system for over 25 years with zero problems. Beam try to market themselves as leaders, however the quality isn't.
