Phoned to report an issue and was offered a prompt engineer appointment. Engineers communicated when they would arrive and was able to quickly identify and fix the problem. Both office staff and engineer were friendly and professional and I would recommend BEAM to anyone interested in their services.

The engineer arrived on the day I booked the repair as he had a job cancelled and rang me to say he could come within 30 minutes.
There was a blockage in the system and he worked on it until it was completely cleared.
The engineer was well versed with beam systems and well mannered an polite.

It is an extremely efficient hoovering system that negates the need to carry around a heavy hoover. It is also very durable. Our system had been installed for 23 years before it needed any significant maintenance.

I have had vacuum systems in order houses and the would not be as good as the beam .
I have the ventilation system in my house and it is a great system.
I have recommend this system to a few people and they all fitted it .
Paul arrived and straight to the unit to see what the problem was .With in a 15 minutes he had found the problem and had the system up and going again. First class man at his job Emerys

The fitter was average at best .
He explained that we had air leaking from below the kitchen island but he wasn't prepared to remove the kick boards to investigate where it was coming from .
We got a-local trades man to resolve the issue at an additional cost .

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.

During the visit, our engineer identified air leakage in the area of the kitchen island. As the kickboard was a fixed installation, removing it would have carried a risk of damage to the kitchen furniture and is therefore not work our engineers are authorised to undertake. In these circumstances, customers are typically advised to arrange for the kickboard to be removed by a suitable tradesperson, after which we can return to investigate further and carry out any remedial work where possible.

We note that the issue was successfully resolved once access was available. Thank you again for your feedback.
