The fitter was average at best .
He explained that we had air leaking from below the kitchen island but he wasn't prepared to remove the kick boards to investigate where it was coming from .
We got a-local trades man to resolve the issue at an additional cost .

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.

During the visit, our engineer identified air leakage in the area of the kitchen island. As the kickboard was a fixed installation, removing it would have carried a risk of damage to the kitchen furniture and is therefore not work our engineers are authorised to undertake. In these circumstances, customers are typically advised to arrange for the kickboard to be removed by a suitable tradesperson, after which we can return to investigate further and carry out any remedial work where possible.

We note that the issue was successfully resolved once access was available. Thank you again for your feedback.

From the contact with Beam services on phone to the engineer arriving at our home, we could fault nothing. Service call was arranged promptly and then following a cancellation we were contacted for an earlier visit. Engineer was friendly and knowledgeable and worked efficiently, explaining nature of fault to us. Highly recommend. Very satisfied customer

Alistair was easy to talk with, genial but very professional in his diagnoses and kept me fully informed at each stage of the installation of a new motor and his thorough checks the Beam system was restored to ‘full health’. A good ambassador for Beam and clearly highly-skilled and very personable.
