Our interaction with Roberto Canali started prior to our move during a pre-visit and the interaction at that time including getting us to see what is on offer despite the fact that we would be making a choice much later was really appreciable as it gave us clarity on what to expect and come prepared when we actually move. Next, although we had a limited time to make a decision, the decision was not forced upon us rather we were told to look into options and than make an informed decision.

We also wish Roberto Canali well and hope that he is able to provide similar help to others to make it comfortable.
