I wanted to buy an Apple Watch Ultra today. Thought so, go to Bening on site. Said and done. Said hello to the cashier at the entrance...no reaction. Off to telecoms, 3 employees present. 2 at the raised counter...but they didn't raise their heads, the young saleswoman was talking to the customer...so first of all I looked for an Apple Watch on my own. No answer. Walked past the aforementioned sales assistants several times. Still no response. Well...maybe they don't need to sell anything but just shine with their presence... Then to the young woman who was now free but was still rummaging around in her tray. I friendly "Moin" , no reaction...waited...she looked up annoyed and replied a curt Moin. I expressed my wish for the said Apple Watch. "Don't we have !" I asked in astonishment "no ?"...answer snippy " No ! ".....I then thanked him for his answer and left the store! On my way out, I was ignored again at the checkout....
I've actually been a regular customer at Bening in Norden since the store opened (before it opened in Aurich). But only because there are also top staff like Sina Freese or Marcel Mösta, who seem to keep the store going with their friendly and competent manner.
What has been going on in telecommunications for years is an outrage! Grade 6! There is no other way to describe it. I have tried many times. Whether desktop PC, tablet, cell phone or just like now the Apple Watch. Always the same drama! What a pity...
