My partner is supplied since November 2021 by Mrs. G. Gruhl in regular intervals with the change of the suprapubic Kartheder. In addition, as a qualified wound expert, she has been caring for an open wound in my partner, who suffers from a wound healing disorder, since January. We are extremely satisfied with Berger-Care, and especially with Mrs. Gruhl. She always has an open ear for his concerns and fears, moreover, you can always reach her by phone during her office hours! She is very empathetic and compassionate. In this day and age, every company is lucky to have such employees on its side who present the company in such a positive light. Many thanks to Berger-Care and please keep up the good work.

Für mich war es sehr angenehm, dass die Kundenberaterin direkt zu mir nachhause kam. Aufgrund der momentanen Situation und da ich stark gehbehindert bin, war das die die einzige Möglichkeit, das Angebot wahrzunehmen. Die Zusammenarbeit mit Hausarzt und Sozialstation funktionierte problemlos.

Die Qualität der Versorgung sowie die damit verbundene Beratung ist durch die Mitarbeiter/innen von Berger Care (in unserem Fall durch Herr Amend und Frau Preisser) sehr gut!
Die Mitarbeiter sind kompetent, emphatisch und nehmen sich für eine ganzheitliche Versorgung viel Zeit! Die Wünsche und Bedürfnisse des/der Betroffenen stehen immer im Vordergrund. Ängste und Probleme werden ernst genommen.
Durch regelmäßige Besuche der Betroffenen, wird die Qualität der Versorgung durchgängig auf einem hohen Niveau gehalten. 👍🏻

Ich habe nach schlechten Erfahrungen mit einem anderen Anbieter auf berger care gewechselt und habe Frau Happel als stoma Betreuerin. Sie steht jederzeit persönlich und telefonisch zur Verfügung, ist kompetent und emphatisch und versucht die bestmögliche Versorgung für mich zu finden, und ist vor allem bei Problemen sofort ansprechbar. Ich bin sehr dankbar für ihre Unterstützung.
