A very good decision in a very difficult life situation! Mr. Schlicht is a very competent and always reliable partner who, with his friendly and very calm manner, supported me at all times (even at 11 p.m. or on Sunday afternoons) and always had a solution ready. For example, when our first caregiver was unable to arrive due to a corona infection, he immediately presented us with a replacement who was already on site the next day. Mr. Schlicht always took the time to talk to me on the phone and responded sensitively to my wishes. If a change was necessary, he implemented it immediately (often within the next 5 - 10 minutes). It didn't matter that there were more than 500 km between the care location and the agency. I could always rely on Mr. Schlicht's support and at a really fair price. Both caregivers, who looked after and cared for my mother until she passed away, fully met our expectations. It doesn't get any better than this! I can and will warmly recommend Betreuungswelt Florian Schlicht to all those who are looking for a reliable and yet very sympathetic partner at their side when caring for their loved ones and who do not want to compromise. Due to ongoing changes in the health condition of the caregiver, we have not yet used the care service offered by Mr. Schlicht. Therefore, we cannot evaluate all categories.
