It was the only right decision to book a coaching session with Bettina. I immediately felt understood and picked up - I had been searching for a long time - why I am so "different" from many others. It was only when I took the step into self-employment that I realized that I needed help along the way - even though my path was actually clear. Thanks to her expertise, I got to know and understand myself better, adapted my daily work routine to my personality as a highly sensitive scanner personality and therefore made a lot more friends at work. Bettina is also a real expert in the field of sales. I was able to take a lot of valuable things away with me and put them into practice. This coaching was really worth every penny. A very clear recommendation. I will continue to book coaching sessions with Bettina.

Again and again I changed my job, was happy at the beginning, then again a dissatisfaction, although the company is perfect for me?
I had reached the point where I wanted to understand myself, because I had no idea who I really was!

Bettina's coaching started my process of professional value orientation.

Bettina is very empathetic, flexible and reliable. The coaching itself is absolutely structured and the content is very well organized. I enjoyed working with Bettina's material, which was processed and clarified in greater depth in the one-to-one sessions.

I can now say that Bettina's coaching has allowed me to get to know myself in a completely new way. With Bettina at my side, I was able to approach and look at difficult situations and decisions differently. She helped me to find my purpose in my professional career and to grow even further.

Bettina is a very emphatic person and knows how to empathize with her counterpart. Every conversation was always appreciative, constructive and focused. I found it particularly nice that I didn't have to explain myself to her, as she knows the peculiarities of highly sensitive scanner personalities herself, and so there is a deep understanding without many words. She always supported me throughout the entire time, asked critical questions that kept me working on them for a long time and thus guided me safely to my goal. I would recommend Bettina as a coach at any time. The path I took with her revealed so many facets of myself to me and showed me that there are paths that I can allow myself to take. And for that I can only express my deepest gratitude to Bettina.

I can highly recommend Bettina Reuss. If you are really looking for your calling and purpose in life, then she is the right person / coach. The process is not easy but Bettina has enormous experience here knows how to get to the core of everyone's inner needs. An investment in yourself is always worthwhile and the best thing is to take it really seriously and really bring the necessary time for it. In the "horse gallop" often this unfortunately does not work.
Since I am an HSP and also a scanner, I do not always have it easy with myself, but Bettina Reuss knows this very well and I always felt taken care of, valued, understood and - what is also important - always well questioned whether it is what I really want. You often know what you don't want, but what you really want is the crux of the matter. In my opinion, it takes too long to find out for yourself, I recommend everyone to get a coach for this and as already mentioned Bettina Reuss, I can highly recommend. Since we did it online, it goes very very well online. So distances are no obstacle.
Many thanks at this point again from me and love from Switzerland to Munich :)

To make this rating more credible, I would also have liked to rate a category lower than 5 stars, however, I must say that every cent of this investment was completely worth it! Bettina is exquisite day-individually addressed my situation and needs! I have implemented almost all of the tools developed with her into my everyday life, which was actually a big hurdle for me personally, in which she also supported me optimally! Especially the unimagined, existing (negative) beliefs and the subsequent "transformation" of the new beliefs have helped me personally extremely with my overall goal and still do. I can absolutely recommend Bettina with full conviction! @Bettina: Thank you very much again for everything, I am sure we will meet again in another coaching session in due time!

If you're looking for an inspirational and dynamic coach for scanner personalities, look no further than Bettina Reuss.

Through coaching, I was able to identify my personal and company values as well as my main motivators for working in accordance with my values. In addition, we analyzed my highly sensitive scanner personality together in order to develop an idea for a suitable work and leisure structure. The joint work provided me with helpful cornerstones to position myself even more clearly with my own self-employment as a coach.

What I particularly liked: Bettina and I speak the same language and were able to work quickly. There were always tasks for me to do before and after - it was a perfect fit. The coaching was super practice-oriented and I was able to implement the content directly in my everyday life.

All in all, I can only recommend Bettina as a coach for scanner personalities. She is energetic, motivating and helped me. So if you also want to get the best out of your scanner personality, then go to Bettina!

The topics and tasks that we discussed and worked on during the coaching were super helpful in my process. Bettina took a lot of time and also supported me outside of the original question.
