I can wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Hermann. Our collaboration was very transparent and helpful, and she was a great help. I would contact her again in a heartbeat and have nothing but positive things to say.

From the very beginning, Ms. Hermann provided us with highly professional advice and was always friendly and warm. She brought a great deal of patience and experience to the table and remained impartial in her advice. Her professional expertise was outstanding, and she practically saved our financing by working closely with the banks to resolve any issues. We highly recommend Ms. Hermann!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely top-notch advice – top marks for Ms. Petra Hermann I can wholeheartedly and with complete conviction recommend Ms. Petra Hermann as a financial advisor. Thanks to her exceptional expertise, commitment, and personal support, I was able to successfully secure a loan for my own apartment – a project that would probably not have been possible without her assistance.

The financing was by no means easy, as two guarantees were required. However, Ms. Hermann took care of every single step with impressive professionalism and great dedication. She carefully prepared all the documents, coordinated all the procedures, and actively accompanied the entire process. She was available at all times, took the time to answer all my questions, and was able to explain every uncertainty in a clear and comprehensive manner.

I would particularly like to highlight her extraordinary commitment: Ms. Hermann didn't just "do her job," she was genuinely passionate about making the purchase happen. You could always sense that she was thinking ahead, planning ahead, and finding solutions—even when the requirements were more complex. Thanks to her excellent negotiation skills, I was ultimately able to obtain a loan from Commerzbank at an extremely attractive interest rate. The result speaks for her professional competence and her strong network. Ms. Hermann was the perfect contact person for me—reliable, transparent, committed, and extremely pleasant to deal with. You really couldn't ask for better advice in the field of financial consulting. A clear recommendation with top marks! Thank you very much, Ms. Hermann, for your great support!

Excellent personal service, always available, quick and uncomplicated implementation of individual needs and wishes.

Nothing can replace genuine, long-standing experience in banking and "on the other, independent side," as well as good contacts in the industry. Ms. Hermann from BFS achieved the maximum possible for me, and I am more than satisfied with the result. The financial leeway achieved with her help has really paid off, and I would use her services again anytime. My conclusion: highly recommended.

Very competent and friendly advice, very professional handling. Even under time pressure, we found the right financing. I am thrilled and can only recommend Ms. Hermann.

I was particularly satisfied with the very dedicated advice and support tailored to my personal needs.

I needed financing for the purchase of a property. Both my house bank and my commercial bank did not want to take on the financing. After Ms. Herrmann from Berlin.Finance.Solutions, to whom I was referred by a personal recommendation, looked into my project and briefly examined the documents, she was confident that she could find suitable financing.
Thanks to her good network, this happened in less than a week. A well-known bank gave me a substantial loan.
What impressed me even more was the incredibly good and fast communication as well as the expertise that Ms. Herrmann competently puts into practice. She was (and is!) also available to me for specialist questions that go beyond the loan.
I would consult her at any time for similar matters and can recommend her and BFS without reservation and only warmly!

It was a difficult financing provision due to our personal circumstances, which was absolutely fulfilled to our satisfaction, despite the unexpected problems

Ms. Hermann was able to implement a financing structure within the specified time that exactly matched our requirements and enabled us to realize the planned purchase; both the financing amount and the terms were significantly more advantageous than those offered by the bank when approached directly. We would use your services again at any time - thank you very much for your support.
