Björn is very personable and responsive to the participants. He has a great knowledge and left no question unanswered. The seminar was very interesting and entertaining. Even the not always simple and very scientific theory Björn transported lively. The practical applications of the participants were always well accompanied. I felt very well taken care of and will certainly complete the next level with Björn 😀.

Björn Heede is a great deliverer to explain and internalize the techniques to the participants with a lot of knowledge, charm and wit.
I am thrilled with his applications, which have brought me very far forward in my process.
I felt very comfortable in this round and learned a lot. His knowledge is so easy to implement and has a very big impact for me.
Kudos to him and his team for making us all participants feel comfortable.

This is a way to go further into my freedom.

Both days had a great balance between humor, seriousness and playful learning. Very nice was also the common lunch, which kept the energy constantly high and so could be continued in the afternoon without "restaurant-search hectic"! All in all, a very nice together under professional guidance. Highly recommended!

I was overwhelmed and amazed at how well the Matrix Method works. I was able to go home without the excruciating back pain. The whole week this effect lasted! Until today the pain has decreased. Thank you very much.

The seminar was incredibly powerful and energetic. With wit and charm, the tools were built and taught, so that everything happened with ease and joy.
On the way home, I and my companion got an incredible laughing mesh that we had to drive to a rest area. There we laughed our hearts out.
