I wanted to find out what options are available for my mother with care level 3.
The regional representative for Düsseldorf of the Brinkmann care agency has taken time and transparently explained the advantages AND disadvantages of 24-hour care. The owner, Mr. Pohl has advised me super and just not tried to quickly "sell" its service, or pushed to sign a contract. I particularly liked that: until a caregiver is found, the consultations and the search are free of charge and without obligation for the interested party.
It was especially important to me that everything was legal and above board and that the ladies earned accordingly. I got a sample contract and had it checked by the consumer center and a lawyer. Contrary to another competitor, there was nothing to complain about in the Brinkmann contract. The whole package - especially the nice and independent support on site was right and after a few days I received a proposal that we liked very much. Unfortunately, 3 days later my mother had a stroke and now has to go to rehab. Therefore I had to cancel. This also went without any problems. As soon as my mother can go home again, I will contact you again. Thanks to Mr. Pohl and his wife for the many tips, which are not self-evident and I appreciate.

Even though the caregiver placed by Brinkmann has only been with our mother for a week: we can already say that there is a world of difference between the care provided both by Mr. Pohl of the Brinkmann company and by the caregiver himself and the work of the previous Feldwaldwiesen agency, which was no longer acceptable.
