I was able to get a domain as an absolute newbie in this new area for me, got all the info I needed without being asked - that surprised me positively. A suitable package for me for little money with the possibility to adapt it to my changing needs at any time. If I had questions, they were explained clearly and illustrated by employees (and not by chatbots with standard phrases). Also, the address on the part of WPspace to us customers is always friendly and personal, I liked that. Really just very very good. Product and service fit, unrestricted recommendation!

I must admit, I have had quite a bit of experience with hosters, especially in the WordPress area - WP Space is really very different from the rest. Where others only offer "support", they go a step further here.
Questions before the conclusion were answered purposefully and, above all, professionally competent. And then came the surprise: even after moving the site, they were and are personally available. I can't rate this highly enough, because as mentioned above, I know this quite differently.
And above all, I never had the feeling that the support was "automatic", on the contrary, by responding to a question, you quickly realize, here sits a real person and answers - as I said, love it!
Now that I have praised the support so much, I must of course say something about the product. Everything, and really everything, that you expect from a hoster is surpassed. The admin interface (Plex) is set up really well, you can find your way around and the settings are insane. Somehow it seems well thought out and makes sense what was created here for the customer.
As well as the rest of the hosting - everything is tip top!
I have to come back to the support: I had talked in the support among other things about a special theme that I had used so far. Hosting booked in the evening, I look the next morning and what do I find: a nice message, the support has looked again because of the conversation and installed the theme, but not activated! Better it really does not go, the preliminary work done and still left me as a customer the choice of how to deal with it!
Conclusion: I recommend a hoster for the first time in my life - I would not have thought so! In short, I'm really satisfied, and now I'm taking care of my business again, because I really have the impression that I can rely on it, and that I don't have to constantly check if it's running...

Fast loading times and in my opinion the best the market currently has to offer.

Customer service unfortunately only 4.5 stars, as I cannot say whether the business premises are fit for purpose, public transport is customer-friendly, parking is available or access is barrier-free.
This is also not decisive with regard to my ordered service.

More important to me is the contact via chat, and a timely response. Your answers have always helped me.

I am really very satisfied overall. For me personally, longer business hours (direction in the evening) would still be the icing on the cake. But that's simply because I run my blog part-time and therefore have no time during the day at normal business hours.
