I cannot recommend BSH in good conscience.
Everything was ok until I signed the contract. However, you should check the offer carefully and make sure that everything has been taken into account, otherwise you could be in for nasty surprises.
In my case, an additional distributor was suddenly required, which meant additional costs.
Subcontractors:
- Contrary to my assumption, BSH works a lot with subcontractors. This is not a problem if the people know what to do.
- Unfortunately, this was not the case for me. During the AC installation, my colleagues didn't know what needed to be installed where.
- In addition, I was unfortunately always confronted with problems at very short notice (during the installation) which then had to be solved ad hoc. For me, this is not professional if the customer is pressured into making decisions under time pressure.
Labor costs / invoicing
- The next nasty surprise was the invoicing.
- BSH only shows the labor costs in the invoice as a lump sum and very low at that.
- For my installation with a volume of €25k, only €2,300 was shown as labor costs (9%).
Values of 30-50% are realistic here as the installation represents a large proportion of the total costs.
- This means that the possibility of getting money back on your tax return is enormously limited. You should be aware of this!
Unfortunately, the contract from BSH is drawn up by experts. Therefore, you are virtually powerless after signing it.
Unfortunately, all additional costs end up with the customer.
Even an exit is no longer possible without 10% penalty costs
I would therefore strongly advise against working with BSH
