Frau Kortyka verfügt über umfangreiche und aktuelle Beratungserfahrungen im Finanzsektor sowie in anderen Branchen. Zusätzlich verfügt sie über eigene Management-Erfahrung aus dem Finanzsektor und kennt die aktuelle Praxis. Frau Kortyka ist genau auf meine Themen eingegangen und hat die Entwicklung nachgehalten. Die Beratung war für mich sehr wertvoll und sehr hilfreich.

Based on this she is able to evaluate situations and people very well and help him/her with all the challenges, directing them in a way which is the most suitable. I have been working with Christine over a period of 10 months, starting with a positioning Workshop at the beginning of this year and continuing on with individual Coaching. Over that period of time Christine helped me to identify strategies to reduce my stress and become more effective in a particularly stressful and unfruitful role.
