I am happy to take the time to provide feedback. A few months ago, I found myself in a professional dilemma that I couldn't easily get out of. As a result, my confidence as a lawyer, my motivation, and even my overall perspective on life suffered. I wanted to find a new job, but felt held back, mostly by myself.
I discussed the possibility of career/personality coaching with Cristian Hofmann. We began coaching that consisted of weekly sessions, either in person or via Zoom. During these sessions, Cristian asked me numerous and important questions that were both directly and indirectly related to my work context. He also asked questions
that made me think about my attitude towards life in general. I wrote down many of the questions and reflected on them between coaching sessions.
I usually conveyed my answers to Cristian to the previous week's questions in the following session. But on many occasions, the questions served as a starting point for reflection, on my own thoughts and behavior, and there was no need to discuss these issues further. It was then time to discuss other new, effective topics.
Cristian understood very well how to ask me the right questions. From the beginning, I was skeptical about coaching and its benefits, but felt confident with his competent and intelligent leadership of our sessions.
I realized and learned very early on that you only get as much out of coaching as you are willing to put into it.
I am very pleased that I am now writing this memoir of my coaching with Cristian from the happy position of a new dream job that is both enriching and fulfilling. I am very motivated in my new leadership role at one of the best law firms.
I would recommend coaching to anyone, especially with Cristian Hofmann, an executive coach with incredible positive energy, composure and intelligence.
