For several years, I have occasionally struggled with panic attacks in certain situations. In my efforts to find solutions, I have tried various approaches, including meditation and online courses. Although such courses are helpful, they require a lot of time and energy before you even notice any tangible progress. When I first heard about the Wing Wave method, I was fascinated by the methods used and was keen to try them out. At first I was skeptical as to whether they were really effective in practice. But after my first session with Dana, all my doubts disappeared. Dana immediately made me feel comfortable and understood. Her sympathetic and empathetic manner enables her to put herself in people's shoes. It took a few sessions to resolve the major stressful issues, but I can only recommend anyone to consider this coaching with Dana and her team. I felt it was a very important experience, but I was extremely inhibited because the GF was also there. Even though everything is supposed to be handled discreetly, it would have been clear who was involved in personal case studies. I was extremely inhibited because I was afraid of being judged by the manager. It is very difficult to talk about conflict management when the manager is in the workshop.

WING² was recommended to me by a friend who used it to get her food cravings under control. From the very first conversation with Verena Pietrusky, I felt that I was in very good hands, and the wingwave method impressed me with its many research studies - something you don't find elsewhere. I had been suffering from a lack of energy and motivation for 6 years, I didn't know where it was coming from - but my performance at work was getting harder and harder to achieve and I didn't want to hear any more about private relationships. After the very first session everything felt ",lighter", after 3 sessions the heaviness and lack of drive disappeared, just gone, it's unbelievable. It's been 3 months now and it remains positive. I will go to Verena every 3 months for a ",cleanse", there is no better way to invest my time and money. I can fully recommend her.

The Wingwave sessions were very pleasant, albeit intense. I quickly realized that the method goes much deeper and doesn't just work on a rational level. Ms. Hardt was able to support me in every situation, help me to recognize new things and plan the next steps. The entire setting, the introduction, explanations about the method and small attentions, such as catering, were also completely satisfactory. All of this made me feel comfortable and in a trusting environment.

Wing ² was recommended to me by a friend who had already had very good experiences. I had a consultation with Dana Hardt and am more than thrilled. Her professional, open-minded and caring manner took away all my fears/concerns. I have been struggling with a fear of flying for years and finally wanted to fly again without fear. After the first session I already had a very good feeling and after my third session I no longer felt anxious when I thought about flying. I couldn't believe it myself, but I was able to fly without any problems - an indescribable feeling! I can absolutely recommend Dana and will continue to work on other issues with her in the future. Thank you so much for the life-changing experience.
