Daniela Frenzel knows how to get to the heart of complex issues in an understandable way.
The lectures are excellently structured, and the interaction with the audience makes them entertaining and amusing. In addition to theoretical basics, the audience is also given practical applications for work and everyday life. The 1:1 coaching with Daniela was a great experience. She has an incredible ability to empathize with my individual needs and challenges. Her empathy and understanding gave me the confidence to talk openly and honestly about my challenges and fears.
and fears. Daniela managed to show me new perspectives through targeted questions and exercises, so that I became more aware of my strengths again.

The additional audio data that Daniela provided me with for relaxation helped me to calm down outside of the coaching sessions. This extra support was a valuable bonus that made the 1:1 settlements even more valuable.

I know it's a financial investment at first but I can recommend Daniela to anyone looking for an empathetic and effective companion. Thank you very much.

The workshop with Daniela was a very valuable experience for our team. The resource and strengths check was both informative and entertaining. Daniela was able to respond empathetically to the individual needs and questions of the participants. The training was very active and provided us with many aha-effects and new knowledge that we didn't know before. Our employees were particularly enthusiastic about the creative methods, which made the whole thing entertaining and exciting. We can only warmly recommend this workshop and Daniela as a trainer. Thanks to Daniela's coaching, I have learned to deal better with my impostor syndrome in a professional context. Especially in salary negotiations or promotion interviews, my doubts about my abilities got in the way and I reacted with a queasy feeling in my stomach and nervousness. The ROMPC method helped me to reduce my blocking emotions. Although I was skeptical at first, I noticed a positive change and was pleasantly surprised. My self-image has become clearer and I no longer react so strongly to unpleasant conversations. Thanks to Daniela's calm and positive manner, I was able to open up and allow the long-awaited change to happen. The coaching has also helped me in the medium term, because I am now much more self-confident and rarely have to struggle with the thought that I am not good enough. I can definitely recommend Daniela's coaching!

With her calm, warm and emphatic manner, Daniela very quickly creates a good basis for a trusting working relationship. A few effective little tricks helped me to recognize and change behavioral patterns and thus overcome hurdles. This was and is very beneficial for my personal development. Not only in the workshop, but also in 1:1 conversations, Daniela is able to adapt to her counterpart and react appropriately to the situation. My time with her helped me a lot and I can highly recommend her.
