Committed, knowledgeable and very friendly approach to my concerns and possible alternatives. All my questions were answered completely without time pressure.
Particularly praiseworthy: Mr. Eberhardt had already contacted me only 20 minutes after my request for an offer via the Internet/website - and that on a Saturday afternoon!
The promised appointment of his call to clarify the contract was then perfectly met.

That was a new experience. The initial contact was very friendly and without trying to talk anything up. The friendly consultant pointed out that I would receive a personal contact. Mr. Eberhardt then called me. Very friendly, very courteous and very competent. The price is also right. Everything feels good as a customer. :-)

Mein Mann und ich haben jeweils eine sehr gute Fahrradversicherung für unsere E-Bikes gesucht. Durch Internetrechere sind wir auf die guten Bewertungen von Herrn Eberhardt gestoßen. Da sein Büro für uns gut erreichbar ist, haben wir uns von Herrn Eberhardt beraten lassen . Der Kontakt, die Beratung, unsere Rückfragen vor Vertragsabschluss, die Übermittlung der endgültigen Unterlagen, die Umstellung auf monatliche Zahlweise der Versicherungsbeiträge im Nachhinein....Herr Eberhardt hat uns wirklich professionell weitergeholfen und sehr gut beraten. Selbst als es mal schnell gehen musste, war Herr Eberhardt für uns erreichbar und hat sofort alles Erforderliche in die Wege geleitet, damit unsere Fahrradversicherungen schnellstmöglich beginnen konnten. Beide Daumen hoch und vielen Dank nochmal von uns!

ich fand es sehr gut das sich Herr Eberhardt bei mir persönlich gemeldet hat und mich als sehr langer
Kunde bei der Barmenia erkannt hat. Zweitens das er sich anbot bei Problemen für mich da zu sein als Ansprechpartner . Ich darf nur erwähnen das die Kundenbetreuer in der Zentrale bei Problemen immer sehr unfreundlich und bestimmend waren nie Kunden freundlich alle die ich per Telefon kontaktiert habe .
Ich könnte über einige Gespräche Seiten füllen .
Ich bin froh jetzt einen neuen Ansprechpartner gefunden zu haben der Kunden freundlicher sich verhält.
