Davis & Partner | Christoffer Davis – Immobilienmakler Nürnberg

We sold our building lot through this company, although the process took a little longer than expected due to unresolved issues regarding infrastructure development. Nevertheless, we were kept informed about the next steps at every stage, so there were no lingering uncertainties.

Thanks to the help we received with financing, we saved a lot of time because we were able to obtain and compare various offers at the same time. In the end, we chose an option that we probably wouldn't have found without that help.

As a buyer of an apartment, I had a few questions about property management and the condition of the heating system. These were answered patiently, even though it sometimes took a day to get a response. Everything was well prepared in advance for the notary appointment.

The real estate appraisal we had requested arrived within a few days and was clearly structured, with specific comparable property values from the surrounding area. I particularly appreciated that the location and condition of the building were also taken into account in a nuanced way, rather than just the square meterage.

We found a furnished apartment in Nuremberg through this provider for a temporary stay. The location was central, the amenities were well thought out, and moving in was easy to arrange. Even after we moved in, they responded quickly to any minor questions we had.

I purchased a condominium that Mr. Davis helped me find, and I was very satisfied with how the transaction was handled. I really appreciated working with Mr. Davis—it was a pleasant experience. He was always available to me on short notice and answered all my questions in a friendly and professional manner. In addition, he referred me to highly competent contractors for the necessary repair work on the apartment, so that it was ready to move into within a short time.
I felt very well advised by Mr. Davis throughout the entire sales process.

I had inherited an apartment in Nuremberg, but I live 190 km away, so it was practically impossible for me to handle the sale myself. The apartment was also completely cluttered and very dirty. Luckily for me, I came across Mr. Christoffer Davis of Davis & Partner, who practically took all the work off my hands—from coordinating the decluttering and cleaning to scheduling various tradespeople and handling the marketing (no other real estate agent I know of does this to such an extent). He has excellent market knowledge; his estimate of the achievable selling price proved to be very realistic. He was always available, dealt with all issues promptly, and the sale went through much faster than expected. I can highly recommend Mr. Davis.

An appraisal was conducted for our property based on current comparable sales in the region. The result surprised us because it was significantly higher than our own estimate. The sale itself went through quickly afterward.

I purchased a commercial property through Mr. Davis, and I am truly impressed by his dedication and support. Shortly before closing, it looked as though the purchase might still fall through due to financing issues. But Mr. Davis did everything in his power to ensure that it worked out in the end. He tapped into his entire network and contacts, pulled out all the stops, and worked tirelessly to make sure I could secure the financing after all.

What Mr. Davis accomplished goes far beyond what one can expect from a real estate agent. He didn’t just give up when things got difficult; instead, he actively sought solutions and tried everything to make the purchase possible. His dedication, tenacity, and support made a decisive difference.

An agent who truly stands up for his clients and gives it his all, even in difficult situations! I am very grateful to Mr. Davis for his extraordinary dedication and can wholeheartedly recommend him.

While looking for a house in Nuremberg, we went on several viewings before we found the right property. The financing documents were explained clearly, so we were able to fully understand the decision in the end.

The sale of our apartment took several months, and during that time we were regularly updated on the status of the showings. The asking price was realistically assessed from the start, which was ultimately confirmed. Any questions we had were answered promptly.

An evening viewing was possible without any problems, which was very convenient for me as a working person. Here you can see the commitment to the clientele and real service orientation.

Super service! I felt taken seriously from the very first phone call. They also responded flexibly to spontaneous changes. Any time again.

I was surprised at how straightforward the sale of my condominium was. All the documents were provided quickly and I was kept informed every step of the way. Very professional.

The estate agent exceeded my expectations. Individual support, reliable organization and a convincing presentation of my house led to a quick sale.

After some bad experiences with other estate agents, I finally received open and friendly advice here. The excellent knowledge of the local housing market is particularly noteworthy.

From the viewing to the completion of the purchase, we felt we received excellent support. We were particularly impressed by the real estate agent's honest communication. A clear recommendation.

I have rarely experienced such a committed estate agent. My wishes were respected and I felt that I was in good hands at all times. The process was smooth and transparent.

Quick feedback, good accessibility and helpful support in the property search. The honest assessment of potential properties was particularly noteworthy.
