Phil had already been recommended to me by a very satisfied friend and as I had just started my own personal optimization (which wasn't really taking off ;-)) I approached him.
Even the initial consultation was very empathetic, human, friendly and competent. You can really feel at ease with him. He listened to my problems and goals and then made me an offer tailored to my needs. So you can start motivated.
After a training session together, we got started straight away. My personal learning journey through the world of nutrition, motivation and, of course, training. But I definitely want to emphasize that here: You don't just get a training plan from Phil (unless you only want one) and empty motivational phrases. The structure of his training and learning plan really does give you the tools you need, explained in an understandable way and to help you on your way. The months I spent with him were truly a learning journey. From his learning videos to our calls and updates via Messenger, his training plans and how he always responded to me and my situation individually - I can only recommend him all round. During our journey together, he was my good soul - like the good voice on my shoulder trying to get my inner bastard under control ;-)
I can really only recommend Phil and his methods!
After 3 months I feel fitter, more flexible, my mood has improved and some of my "women's problems" have also improved significantly! All in all, an investment that I can only recommend to anyone!
