I had a chance to work with Bernhard on multiple occasions, recently also during the preparation and execution of the workshop, which he was asked to facilitate. Bernhard approached the task very professionally, did his research, made sure he understood well the scope and goal of the workshop and managed the event very smoothly. He has put the structure in place, managed the stakeholders very well and controlled the meeting all the time. All in all a very good experience and and I wish him all the success going forward!

I know Bernhard for years and have worked with him on various activities ranging from technical support for IT systems to facilitating workshops. He is very knowledgeable and always very supportive when it comes to finding solutions for a variety of challenges. Additionally, he has done an excellent job in organizing and leading internal workshops or individual sessions of it. During Bernhard`s workshops you notice his engagement and that he really loves interactive sessions especially when it comes to coaching.

Bernhard was instrumental in planning and facilitating our big project management summit in 2022 (up to 60 participants coming together from all around the world) . He put a lot of passion and effort into the planning, which was very well thought through with the right balance of content and fun together with a lot of learning elements. During his moderation and facilitation of the 2-day event he kept the audience very engaged and proved that he can provide the right balance between pushing the agenda through but not giving the feeling of rushing, At the end the meeting was a great success and the audience felt very motivated, and fully connected as one team. The mood was excellent despite the fact that the event took place in a difficult business environment with an upcoming transformation. Kudus to Bernhard for a great job done !
