For our vacation apartment in Kühlungsborn we were able to win Mr. Ingo Kersten as interior decorator. Under his leadership with the participation of a regional construction company, the apartment was completely renovated in the first quarter of 2023.
Due to our residence 400 km away, reliable partners in the implementation of the project were all the more important for us. Here we were exactly right with Mr. Kersten. We were continuously and comprehensively informed about the individual construction progresses and arising questions, problems, etc. could be clarified together in a timely manner. The entire process, from the first contact to the final acceptance of the building, was carried out in a very pleasant atmosphere.
Our vacation apartment, which was getting on in years, was given a new, fresh look by Mr. Kersten. Through his ideas and creativity, the layout of individual rooms was also significantly improved. The apartment has thereby gained considerably in practical use, in addition to the very tasteful furnishings down to the smallest detail.

A former customer of the Fewodesigner once wrote, "one should give Mr. K. a free hand, the result would be hervorrgend" ... I can only confirm this statement: after a short joint brainstorming to determine the directional style, Mr. K. has developed a vacation apartment concept (really "ready to move in only with a suitcase"), which is probably unique -- and at prices that were not higher than standard furnishings of apartments on a hotel furniture basis! After thinking about modernizing our vacation home, we browsed the Internet to find out who could help us. Due to a distance of over 600 km we were looking for help for the implementation. When we came across Mr. Kersten's website, we knew that we are exactly right there. This was fully confirmed after the first meeting :-) We have met a totally dear and cordial person :-) From planning to implementation, everything was perfect. Imaginative, creative and with great attention to detail, he has redesigned our apartment, care of the craftsmen, order furniture, furnish and finally the decoration, he has taken care of everything with great commitment. Mr. Kersten has developed a great concept for our vacation apartment in Dahme and was always open to our ideas and ideas during the planning phase as well as during the implementation. So the result is 100% coherent and we feel very comfortable.
Mr. Kersten was available as a contact person at all times and took care of obtaining offers and coordinating the various trades, since we live 500 km away from the property and therefore could not do this ourselves. He always acted in our best interest and went the extra mile for us.
Most importantly, all of our guests so far have been thrilled with our vacation rental and enjoy their time in the apartment; this was exactly our goal when we sought professional assistance with our project.

We hired FeWodesigner to furnish a FeWo and first received basic furnishing styles, based on which we then discussed the detailed planning. The furnishing of the apartment exceeded our imagination by far. We would not have been able to do it on our own. The FeWo designers are a good investment!

A redesign starts with clearing out; if you're not on site, even that can become a problem. Homemade had solutions for that as well. The creative ideas absolutely met our expectations.
