I cannot say anything negative about any of the tasks performed during the processing phases. Mr. Scheer was at all times committed and enthusiastic about his work.
The execution and presentation (exposé) were factual but not exaggerated, so that a realistic picture was created for a prospective buyer in connection with the house viewing. If you are looking for a passionate estate agent for your property (regardless of the reputation of the profession), I can only recommend Mr. Scheer.
