As a Scrum Master I can only emphasize on the incredible value that Andre has given to me and our team over the several years that I have had the privilege and pleasure of working with him.
He is an outstanding leader and an extraordinary role model in all facets of his life, while being a pillar for the community.
He sets a very high standard for anyone to live up to, and while I have learnt a great deal from him. I feel that there is a lot more that I can learn from him.
The creativity and extensive knowledge with which he draws upon during training and planning is remarkable, and this along with his other positive qualities puts him leagues above and ahead of everyone around him.
The constant dedication, patience, perseverance and devotion that which he demonstrates towards everybody around him in order that each person can progress and develop has been one of the most positive, extraordinary and valuable experiences of my entire career.
I have yet to encounter a single person that has not been affected positively by him, and I am deeply saddened that this project had had to come to an end.

Andre was accountable for establishing Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide. he helped everyone understand Scrum theory and practice, both within the Scrum Team and the organization.

Andre was also accountable for the Scrum Team’s effectiveness. he enabled the Scrum Team to improve its practices, within the Scrum framework.

Andre served the Scrum Team in several ways, including:

Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality;
Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done;
Causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress; and, Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.

As for me personally, Andre, helped me understand the agile framework and managed to make me and my team think in an agile Methodology, and he was always coaching us to keep us within the agile and scrum methodologies.

Dank dem Wissen und der Geduld von André ist es möglich geworden Scrum in Firma umzusetzen.

Die durch seine sehr unterhaltsamen und lehrreichen Schulungen wurde das Team weiterentwickelt. Mit Hilfe André's Ermutigungen und Überzeugungsarbeit konnten einige Kollegen den Scrum Master Zertifikat erfolgreich erhalten. Des weiteren schätze ich Ihn als Softwareentwickler, Softwarearchitekt und Agile Coach sehr.

It's been a wonderful experience having Mr Frintrop as our Agile Coach.
He has an excellent communication skills with hands-on Scrum and Agile experience.
His many years of experience as a Developer was also very useful for us as its helped
in bringing empathy and credibility in our Dev team.

André, ich habe Dich immer wieder als hochengagierten Menschen kennen gelernt. Du machst alles mit und bist immer ganz vorne mit dabei. Danke fürs Mitreißen!

Andre, vielen Dank für den Einblick in die Praxiswelt. Praktiker durch und durch. Der Einblick in deine Welt und in deine Gedanken, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die unterschiedlichen Rollen war total hilfreich für mich. Und deine Späße zwischendurch werde ich vermissen.

Lieber Andre, du hast für mich in der Schulung eine ganz besondere Rolle gehabt, da du viele praktische Erfahrungen gemacht hast und diese gerne mit uns geteilt hast. Dabei hast du immer reflektiert und uns damit die Möglichkeit gegeben, daraus zu lernen.
