Thanks to the trust we built up, I decided to treat another area, only to find out in the end that the place in Rüsselsheim would be closing permanently. After some back and forth, I was finally accepted at hairfree in Mainz. I hadn't finished with both areas yet, so I had to entrust my intimate areas to a new person in Mainz, which was a big step for me and not something I took for granted. To my surprise, I met a team that not only made a good first impression with their friendly and courteous manner, but also with their expertise and experience. I would like to give special praise for one thing... as I have sensitive skin, I was very worried about my first upper lip treatment. My consultant was so welcoming and supportive that she took away all my worries. Without even saying a word, she recognized my worries and postponed the treatment. Instead of the treatment, I had a free sensitivity test. Now I can go to my first treatment with peace of mind.
